Hello!
What an exciting adventure it has been becoming an author. For many years, everyone who heard my story would always say, “You should write a book!” It took all those years and quite a bit more healing before I felt I was ready to share. So here we go, the first book, She Rose, will be published in late Spring to Summer of 2026. It is with great hope that this will be the beginning of more of what God has to say to you, through me.
My Story
After graduating from college with a degree in nursing, I quickly realized that longevity and wellness were my passions. I have spent my adult life healing my mind, body, and spirit from what was ailing. Then I decided to turn those areas into ways to help others do the same. In addition to being a nurse, I am also a Certified Professional Life Coach, an Ordained Minister/Spiritual Healer, and now an Author. Whether you would like to focus on one area of your life or choose an overlap of all three aspects, we will work together to customize a plan.
As an author, I wanted to share my personal story to allow you to see yourself in the process and to have compassion for your efforts towards wellness and longevity. Forgiveness and patience are two of the greatest presents you could ever gift yourself. The smallest changes, done consistently over time, will make the largest impact on your future.
Every BODY is different. How each of us arrives at a certain place in life is a path unique to us. Therefore, our path forward is also unique. We have our own individual fingerprints for a reason. Keep in mind that nothing worth having comes easy. However, it will most definitely be worth it in the end. My goal is to come alongside you for support and encouragement, to move you forward towards who and what God created you for… purpose.
